That's news to me!

In preparation for our move this weekend, we went to Deagan's pediatrician to get his medical records for when we go to his new doctor out east.  I was reading over it on our way home from IF, and it said, "Birth history: spontaneous vaginal delivery; no complications."

Huh. Well that is news to me!

Deagan was born via c-section after 24 hours of labor and 2 hours of pushing. I am beginning to realize that my doctor never really heard what I said at our appointments.

Our new apartment!!

We found out yesterday that we got the apartment that we wanted!  The picture below is the complex that we will be moving into!  It is three stories with a full basement and it is relatively cheap!  We are going to be living in Manlius, NY, a suburb of Syracuse, but we really loved the area more there than right in Syracuse.  We are getting our moving truck a week from today, and will be leaving on April 27th!  We are going with an ABF moving truck which we won't have to drive.  A semi pulls it so we can all be together in our car!  I don't think I could handle the drive if we didn't have both of us there.  The trip will take about 33 hours according to mapquest.  Greg has been mapping out our days, how long we will drive, places we will see, etc.  I am not looking forward to that long of a drive, but I think that it will be fun with all that we have planned!  One part of our trip we are going to be going through Omaha and they have one of the world's greatest zoos that we are going to check out! Hopefully spending a few hours there will give Deagan a good break to continue driving!  To all of our Rexburg pals, we want to see you before we leave!!

I hate goodbyes!

Our families were in town this past weekend to celebrate graduation and now everyone is gone.  It was such a sad weekend to me because who knows when we will see our families again with us moving so far away soon.  I have learned that the greatest growth comes from change, so I hope that I grow a lot from moving!  I am so grateful for our families and everything they do for us!
For now though, I am sad and I just hope that everyone knows how much we love them!

Today is the day!!

Today is the day!! I graduate from COLLEGE! Crazy! I am MORE than ready to be done with this whole school thing! I am ready to be a full-time stay at home mom! I really feel that this has been so hard on Deagan this semester with me being gone so much with school and work, so I am REALLY REALLY REALLY looking forward to being able to stay at home ALL-DAY with him! I never really thought I would graduate with my bachelor's. I got my associates last summer because I was done, but I felt like I should keep going and it has finally paid off! I really owe being able to finish to Greg. Without his support, there is NO way I would have been able to do this. Thanks sweetheart!! Oh bless the maker for this wonderful day!!
