Most days after school, I try to get the kids outside to play before going in to do homework. Its just too hard to have us all cooped up all afternoon after school, so I'm soaking up outside play before it gets too cold. For days when it is cold or raining, we found a fun indoor kids cafe near our house to play at. Its a sand cafe, and not really meant for bigger kids, but Deagan and Kayden still had a lot of fun. The kids had to wear these cute jumpers and boots to keep the sand out of their clothes. They looked so cute in them! Another perk to these kind of places is that the attendants supervise your kids while you get to relax!
Easton has gotten the hang of not wearing shoes in the house. He always comes in and sits down to wait for someone to take off his shoes.
On days when the weather is good, we play outside!
